PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal recording label excellent in the drying properties of its re-wetted size layer and not generating blocking even in a state taken up in a roll form. SOLUTION: In a thermal recording material wherein a thermal recording layer and a water-soluble polymer-containing protective layer are successively provided on the single surface of a support and a re-wettable size layer of the support, pigment with an average particle size of 1-10μm is added to the re-wettable size layer in an amt. of 5-50% by wt. of the total solid of the size layer. |
