The energy and signal transmission system has a rotor (R) and a helicopter structure (8). The rotor has a mast section (1) and a central tube (2). Two variable blades (5) are connected to the central tube. There is a rotating collector (20) on the center tubular section (3). The section extends along the mast section forming a central shaft (13) with rotating periphery and connected to the rotor by transmission (26).
