PURPOSE: Provided is a method for printing a surface of a lighter or a ball-point pen, which emits a fragrance, not a chemical odor when the customer uses the lighter or the ball-point pen with hand, as well as give the aromatic effect even during carrying in the pocket. CONSTITUTION: The method for printing a surface of a lighter or a ball-point pen comprises the steps of: silk-printing(100) a desired pattern or letter on a surface of a lighter or a ball-point pen; hot-air drying(110) an ink printed on the surface at a temperature of 40 to 60 deg.C; applying(120) a fragrance coating agent onto the printed layer to form the fragrance coating layer; and hot-air drying(130) the fragrance coating layer at a temperature of 40 to 60 deg.C. The fragrance coating agent is prepared by mixing a water-soluble binder with a capsulated fragrance by the predetermined ratio.
