PURPOSE: A bean curds manufacturing system designed to produce bean curds in a vending machine manner by the insertion of an automatic bean curds manufacturing system into a bean curds manufacturing system housing is provided. It reduces manpower and produces no bean dregs during the manufacture of bean curds. CONSTITUTION: The bean curds manufacturing system comprises: a steam kettle(100) for heating soybean milk and mixing soybean flour, defoaming agents and water; a cooler(200) for mixing soybean milk, bittern and various additives while cooling the heated soybean milk; a discharge pipe(270) for discharging soybean milk to a cup; a cup conveyor(300); a printing machine(320) for printing merchandising labels on a packaging film; a mark controller(330) for maintaining the packaging film at regular intervals; a compression packaging machine(340) for sticking a packaging film on the cup; a cutter(350) for cutting the packaging film; an automatic cup supplier(310) for automatically dropping the cup into a cup case; and an aging and sterilizing apparatus(400) for cooling packaged bean curds with cold water. |
