TUBULAR MEMBRANE COATING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A tubular membrane coating apparatus is provided, to allow a coat (membrane) to be coated uniformly, stably and simply on the outer wall and the inner wall of a tubular supporter for improving the quality of a tubular membrane. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises an inner side coat coating part which coats a polymer solution(L) on the inner side of a tubular supporter; and an outer side coat coating part which coats the polymer solution on the outer side of a tubular supporter. The outer side coat coating part comprises a coating block(4) where a tubular supporter passes through the center of the inner accommodating part(4b) containing the polymer solution to allow the polymer solution to be coated on the outer side; a coating guide(5) which is combined with the upper part of the coating block to guide the movement of the tubular supporter and has an injection hole(5a) for injecting the polymer solution into the inner accommodating part at the lower side part of a main wall; and a transport means which transports the tubular supporter vertically through the inside of the coating guide and the coating block. The inner side coat coating part comprises a coating solution injection pipe which is inserted in the tubular supporter to supply the polymer solution; a discharge head which is fixed to the lower part of the coating solution injection pipe to discharge the polymer solution; a coating weight which is connected with the discharge head by a flowing wire and is provided with a cone-shaped solution contact part to induce the polymer solution to the inner main face of the tubular supporter; and a transport means which transport the tubular supporter vertically.
