The machine has a heating device and an applicator element (12) obtaining wax from a wax tank i.e. i.e. cylindrical container, through a flexible conduit. The wax tank is arranged at an end of a bypass valve whose surface area is attached to a perforated part. An inner side of the wax tank is provided with a movable disk-shaped element, which divides an internal space into two zones. The heating device is provided with multiple thermal sources (5), which are connected with multiple heat sinks (6). The wax tank is connected with a flexible conduit (11) via a collector element (10).
