PURPOSE: A canless organic electro-luminescence device using a multi-barrier rib is provided to isolation the organic electro-luminescence device from the outside by using a particular process instead of an encapsulation method using a can. CONSTITUTION: An ITO electrode(42) is formed on a transparent substrate(40). A plurality of insulating layers(46) are formed on the ITO electrode. An organic emission layer(55) is formed between the insulating layers. A first cathode layer(48) is formed on the insulating layers. A first barrier rib(72) is formed on the cathode layer. A second barrier rib(70) is formed on the first barrier rib. A second cathode layer(60b,60a) is formed on the organic emission layer, the insulating layer, and the second barrier rib. The second cathode layer(60b) of the organic emission layer is separated from the second cathode layer(60a) of the second barrier rib.
