PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a vegetable member and a vegetable solid is provided to intercept external temperature by using a space for a vegetable member as a heat insulation space and to cut down the maintenance expenses for a building using adiabatic ready-mixed concrete mixed with vegetable members. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method for a vegetable member and a vegetable solid comprises the steps of; drying up vegetable residue such as grains of boiled rice in food waste; frying the dried vegetable residue; putting the fried vegetable residue in water to absorb moisture; taking out the moisturized vegetable residue from water and dewatering/drying to have the water content of 30¯50 percents, freezing up the dewatered vegetable residue below zero for appointed hours, and putting the frozen vegetable residue in a mixture composed of 70 percent water and 30 percent cement to coat a cement membrane; and taking out the coated vegetable residue from a cement mixture, then drying up. |
