PURPOSE: A lamp module using an LED(light emitting diode) is provided to improve brightness and light emitting efficiency by making a plurality of LED's as a module on a reflection cell. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(1) is prepared. A plurality of reflection cells(11) having predetermined patterns are formed on a surface of the substrate. At least one LED chip(2) is mounted on each reflection cell. The first electrode part to be one electrode of the LED chip is formed on the substrate. The second electrode part to be the other electrode of the LED chip is insulated from the first electrode part. The substrate is formed of a conductive material. The first electrode part is formed as one body with the substrate. |
