PURPOSE: A panel fixture for a form is provided to couple an un-standardized wooden panel to a Euro form easily and to heighten the horizontal bearing strength at the coupled state. CONSTITUTION: The panel fixture for a form contains a primary through hole(22a) to interpose a form tie(10) provided with fastening holes(12a) to fix a fastening pin, and a secondary through hole(22b) to drive a coupler to a wooden panel(60).
