PURPOSE: A closed loop fat transplantation system is provided to make the transplantation of large quantity of fat possible and safer, and to maximize the convenience of operation by solving the problem that the transplantation of large quantity would be inefficient and take long, and cause serious harmful effects. CONSTITUTION: The closed loop fat transplantation system includes; a fat transplantation vessel(10); and a pressure adjusting unit coupled with a suction unit(24) and a pneumatic unit(25); wherein separate injection needle(30), fat suction tube(40) and stopper(50) can be inserted into a cylindrical front end(11) of the fat transplantation vessel(10), a piston head(60) is inserted so as to separate the cylindrical vessel inner part from a front fat storage space(12) and a rear pressure adjusting space(13), and a negative or positive pressure is applied to the front space of the piston head by being pressurized from the rear pressure adjusting space(13).
