PURPOSE: A sterilizer and drier for a toothbrush is provided to enable a user to safely put a toothbrush in a toothbrush hanger or take the toothbrush from the toothbrush hanger by preventing the user's hand(s) from touching a heat radiating plate or from being burned by setting a burn prevention unit in front of a unit for sterilizing and drying the toothbrush. CONSTITUTION: The sterilizer and drier for a toothbrush having a rectangular body(2), a cover(3) and a toothbrush receiving portion(4) comprises a burn prevention unit(6) formed in the front of a toothbrush drying unit(5) formed on the upper part or the lower part of the toothbrush receiving portion(4) in the body(2) of the toothbrush sterilizer and drier, the burn prevention unit(6) being spaced from the toothbrush drying unit(5) at a predetermined interval.
