REFRIGERATOR

PURPOSE: A refrigerator is provided to enlarge an inner volume of a storage compartment and to easily produce and improve productivity by simply mounting parts of the refrigerator. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator is composed of a body(10) having a storage compartment; a protruded part(20) projected upward from the rear upper part of the body to form a refrigerator compartment(21) expanded from the upside of the storage compartment; a machine room(60) disposed to the front side of the protruded part at the upper part of the body and installed with a compressor(61) and a condenser(62); a cooling unit(30) detachably received in the refrigerator compartment and formed with a cold air passage mounted with an evaporator(31) and a cold air circulating fan(32); and circulating passages(51,52) formed at the inner upside and inner rear side of the storage compartment to connect with the passage of the cooling unit.
