PURPOSE: A device for inspecting and cleaning a large stud bolt is provided to reduce working time and prevent workers from being exposed to radiation. CONSTITUTION: A base plate(30) is rotatably installed between front and rear frames(38). Bearing casings(36) are attached to the top of the frames. A rotating unit rotates the base plate, and includes a motor to which a pinion gear is mounted, and a semicircular gear engaged with the pinion gear. A guide(50) includes a supporter(54) installed at the top of the base plate, and a rotary fixing unit(52) mounted to the supporter. A clamping unit(34) has an idle roller(32) and a press roller(35). A driving unit includes a driving roller installed at the center of the base plate, and a motor. A brushing machine(10) is installed at one side of the base plate, and has a brush(11).
