PURPOSE: A portable RF(Radio Frequency) learning system of an open contents method is provided to systematically construct a market for a learning contents developer, and prevent the copy of the contents by permitting a learner to download the learning contents only if the learner inputs a serial number of the learning system or a number fixed when the learner registers as a member. CONSTITUTION: The open contents(10) are an RF application text including an RF chip and the learning contents. A total information screen(20) to collectively sell the open contents on the online is realized. A communication connector(30) is connected to a computer displaying the total information screen on a monitor through a USB(Universal Serial Bus) cable. An RF learning device(40) plays A/V(Audio/Video) by selecting/downloading a part of the often contents from the total information screen. An algorithm(50) prevents the copy of the contents by permitting the learner to download the learning contents only if the learner inputs the serial number of the learning device or a number fixed when the learner registers as the member.
