DEVICE FOR COUPLING CHAIN LINKS IN SLUDGE COLLECTOR

PURPOSE: A device for coupling chain links in sludge collector is provided to extend life cycle of the chain links by greatly improving corrosion resistance and durability of the chain links and improve workability in the aspect of maintenance of the chain links by enabling the chain links to be assembled and disassembled easily. CONSTITUTION: In chain links for sludge collector a body part of which is branched off in a "Y" character shape from a front part(12) of one side of the chain links to a rear part(13) thereof, and which are continuously coupled by connection pins insertingly mounted onto through holes respectively formed on the front and rear parts of the chain links, the device for coupling the chain links in the sludge collector comprises a chain(11) at one side of the body part of which a boss part(16a) is formed so that a plane part is formed on the outer circumferential part of the boss part, and in which an insertion hole is perforated on an upper part of the plane part, and a semicircular resting groove(19) is formed on the plane part side of the boss part centering around the insertion hole; a connection shaft(20) which is inserted into through holes respectively formed thereon in the state that the connection shaft is maintained between the front part of one side of the chain and the rear part of the other side of the chain, and on which a head part(20b) is formed in such a way that an insertion hole(23) is perforated on an end of the connection shaft at the opposite side of the head part; and a spring pin(24) comprising a straight line part(24a) inserted into the insertion holes respectively formed on the boss part of the chain and the connection shaft, and a curved line part(24b) maintained on the resting groove as elastically surrounding the boss part, wherein the straight line part and the curved line part are integrally formed on the spring pin.
