The invention relates to a new form of cisplatina for oral administration in the form of microgranules with controlled release, to a method for their preparation in aqueous medium and to a pharmacological preparation containing the microgranules and anticancer form as a combined product which is used simultaneously, separately or during a long period of the cancer treatment.
