PURPOSE: A device and a method of molding a molded product having a precise bonding surface are provided to obtain a bonding surface without a burr by taking in the generated gas through a gap communicated with a notched part formed in the bonding surface. CONSTITUTION: A molded product molding device(100) comprises a mold(12) consisting of a fixed mold and a movable mold, a molding material injection part(13) through which a molding material is injected to a cavity of the mold, a vacuum pump(14) for taking in gas by negatively pressurizing the cavity of the mold, a solenoid valve(15) for communicating or insulating a duct between the vacuum pump and the mold, a timer(16) for adjusting the timing for resin material injection to the mold and the timing for gas intake, and a control unit(17).
