PURPOSE: Provided is a subsidiary treatment preparation which substitutes for high cost musk, and exhibits excellent efficacy in treating the diseases of digestive and vascular systems. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing the subsidiary treatment preparation comprises the steps of: breeding ducks and goats by feeding them with cortex magnoliae officinalis, poria, halloysitum rubrum, sulfur, rhizoma seu radix notopterygii, caulis spatholobi, lignum sappan, cortex moutan radicis, and actinolitum; killing the ducks and goats, and taking brain and liver parts therefrom; dipping the brain part in alcohol while dipping the liver part in vinegar, and standing them for 48 hours; and picking the brain and the liver parts, and drying them.
