PURPOSE: A freight binding device for a freight vehicle is provided to simplify the structure even if a separate spanner for fastening and unfastening a nut is used, to fix and install the device to the side of a tray by minimizing the weight and volume of products, and to secure a structurally firm and flexible operation. CONSTITUTION: A freight binding device for a freight vehicle is composed of a supporting body(2); a winding bar(4) rotatively installed to the supporting body and formed with a winding unit(24) with a band inserting hole(22) and a spiral unit(26) with interposing a supporting piece(20) between the winding unit and the spiral unit; a ratchet wheel(8) inserted into the spiral unit of the winding bar to prevent a reverse by a reverse preventing tool(6) of the supporting body; and a nut(10) screw-combined to the spiral unit of the winding bar. In fastening the nut, the nut pressurizes the ratchet wheel and accordingly the ratchet wheel is inserted between the supporting piece and the nut and integrated with the winding bar.
