PURPOSE: A heating and cooling and hot water supply system, making use of a water-air type heat pump is provided to promote optimization of operation by controlling heating and cooling and hot water supply, with one heat pump system without using each separate heat pump, to simplify equipment for the heating and cooling and hot water supply, and to lower the equipment investment expenses. CONSTITUTION: A heating and cooling and hot water supply system, making use of a water-air type heat pump(1) comprises the water-air type heat pump; a source/sink side inlet line(2) and an outlet line(3) connected to the water-air type heat pump; a hot water supply tank(5) in which hot water for hot water supply to a bathroom or a kitchen is stored; a room temperature controller(11) controlling the room temperature; and a controller(12) controlling all the operating instruments. The hot water supply tank is connected to the inlet line and the outlet line.
