The present discloses a block for its use in coupling with other similar blocks in the construction of edifications; having a block body with an upper and lower surface with an external block wall defining a lateral surface of the block body. A portion of the head extends from the block external wall towards an opposite lateral surface. A connection portion in its respective sides of the head disposed to receive at least a molded corresponding connection of at least a second block in coupling relation thereof. Two fluted positions diosposed each in its respective end of the external block wall and each defining its respective fluted shoulder. A channel provided in the head portion to be coupled and to retain the fluted portions of the two fluted blocks.
