PURPOSE: A structure for a front lower panel integrated with an intake grill of an air conditioner is provided to prevent deformation generated in injection-molding the intake grill by integrally injection-molding the front lower panel with the intake grill and to reduce the number of mounting processes in assembling an air conditioner body by fixing the front lower panel integrated with the intake grill to a cabinet. CONSTITUTION: A structure for a front lower panel(41) integrated with an intake grill(45a,45b) of an air conditioner is composed of the front lower panel forming the front lower part of an air conditioner body and the intake grills extended from both sides of the front lower panel with inclining at the predetermined angle, integrated with the front lower panel, and formed with a plurality of vent holes(47a,47b) in the longitudinal direction.
