PURPOSE: A structure for reinforcing a joining part of a side panel and an under body of a vehicle is provided to improve the section structure of the joining part of the side panel and the under body, to increase bonding strength of the joining part, and to improve welding strength or operation efficiency by removing CO2(Carbon Dioxide) welding. CONSTITUTION: A structure for reinforcing a joining part(10) of a side panel(40) and an under body(30) of a vehicle mounts a reinforcing member for connecting under and upper bodies with a cross member of a closed section-structure to the joining part for joining the under and upper bodies of the vehicle, forms a welding hole in the middle side of the reinforcing member, and accordingly, structurally welds the middle part. The reinforcing member comprises a first reinforcing panel(21) arranged on the center upper side of the under body, attached to a wheel side panel(31), and formed with the welding hole at the inside and a second reinforcing panel(22) bent twice to form a predetermined space of a closed section on the first reinforcing panel.
