PURPOSE: A microwave oven is provided to facilitate adhesion of a membrane plate and a surface sheet and to keep the exterior view of an operation panel beautiful, by making the air of a portion, where the membrane plate is combined, smoothly exhausted to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A microwave oven has an operation panel(20) for controlling the action of the microwave oven. The operation panel comprises a panel case(21); a membrane plate(22); a membrane plate-combining part(27) formed to the front of the panel case for the combination of the membrane plate; and air exhaust grooves(31) formed to the surface of the membrane plate-combining part to exhaust air existing between the membrane plate-combining part and the membrane plate.
