The reciprocating to rotary movement converter produces a constant force rotary movement (AR1) on three axes which can be selectively driven or decoupled. The converter has a linear input actuator (AL) and a main output shaft (AX3) with a single direction of rotation and two auxiliary output shafts (AX1,2) rotating in the opposite sense and connected by a freewheel.
