<p>The rope guide is used in lifting mechanisms, in particular in electric hoists. It ensures the pressing of the rope to the drum and its guiding within its deviation allowances. It is also used for switching off the movement of the listing mechanism at top dead centre and bottom dead centre of the load. The rope guide comprises several sectors and an adjustable spring. Part of the sectors (1 and 2) are only pressing and carry pressing rollers (3). One of the sectors (4) is supporting and is machined only in the form of threading without any pressing rollers. Between the pressing sectors (1 and 2) an intermediate sector (5) is found, which is pivotally connected to sectors (1 and 2). The supporting sector (4) is connected to one of the pressing sectors (1) by means of a pin (7) fitted in hole (8) of sector (1). The geometrical axis of hole (8) is radially shifted outside the geometrical axis of pin (7). 1 claim, 5 figures</p> |
