PURPOSE: A system is provided to enable a user to perform a record operation through a wire/wireless communication network whenever and whichever so as to reproduce the recorded contents. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal(100) is connected to a record service system(120) through a wire/wireless communication network(110). The record service system(120) includes a record server(121), a data converting part(123) and a user-record database(125). The record server(121) is connected to the wire/wireless communication network and receives audio and video signals from the user terminal(100). When reproducing the received audio and video signals is requested, the record server(121) makes out the received audio and video signals to transfer the made-out signals to the user terminal through the wire/wireless communication network(110). The user-record database(125) stores the audio and video signals received through the record server according to a user of the user terminal(100). The data converting part(123) compresses the received audio and video signals to store the compressed signals in the user-record database(125) and restores the stored audio and video signals so as to be transferred to the record server(121).
