PURPOSE: A remodeling method for a corridor type apartment house into a stair type apartment house is provided to increase the exclusive area of a unit family, to shorten a period of construction and to cut down the construction expenses by utilizing a space maximally. CONSTITUTION: The remodeling method for a corridor type apartment house into a stair type apartment house comprises the steps of: removing a corridor on an intersection of two families; forming a core unit(10) by installing a precast concrete panel(11) for a wall, a precast concrete panel(13) for a slab and a precast concrete panel(15) for stairs(21) on a part where the corridor is removed; and connecting the precast concrete panel for a wall(11), the precast concrete panel for a slab(13) and the precast concrete panel for stairs(15) with the existing corridor type apartment house.
