The folder comprises, a first sheet of flexible material (10. 40) folded at a medial line (16) to form a bottom edge with first and second side wall portions (12, 14) joined at the bottom edge. Each side wall portion has a pair of sheared side edges, with a second sheet of flexible material attached to the first sheet to form at least one pocket (30). The second sheet having a pair of side edges which are located in sheared alignment with the side edges of the first sheet. The first and second sheets have parallel side edges and the second sheet is attached to the first sheet by an adhesive (32). The second sheet has four edges including a top edge (34), a bottom edge (44), and two sides edges (38), and an adhesive (32) is disposed along the side edges (38) and bottom edge (44) so that when the second sheet is attached to the first sheet. the at least one pocket (30) is formed with an opening at the top edge (34). The second sheet is affixed to an internal surface of the first side wall portion of the first sheet with the second sheet bottom edge located adjacent and parallel to the bottom edge of the first sheet. |
