A method is disclosed of processing messages. The steps comprise obtaining a subscriber message from a subscriber communication device over a telecommunication network where the message can represent a voice message form the subscriber, then storing the subscriber message in a computer memory. The message is then presented in audio form to a human operator. The operator has a displayed in front of them information identifying a plurality of data entry forms and means to select one of the data entry forms. The operator selected data entry form has a number of fields which are associated with the data entry form and which are populated with data derived from the subscriber message. A data file is derived from the selected data entry form and then transmitted to a subscriber computing device.
