摘要 <p>The operating table is in the form of a pivotally connected rectangular structure comprising L-shaped supporting base (1) in which a moving L-shaped frame (2) enters. The length of the base, depending on the specific need is determined by fixing screw handles (3). The height of the base is determined by adjustable legs (4) fixed by screws (5). The transition from mobile to stationary position of the operating table is by means of four wheels (6) supplied with a brake (7). The structure is complied with the mean statistical height of the patients. Base (1) is designed in compliance with the size of the posterior of the patient (8). Base (9), adjustable of a slope ranging from 0 to 90 degrees for the legs of the patient (10) is pivotally connected to the L-shaped base (1) and is locked by a screw (80). The back of patient (11) can be at an inclination of 0, 10, 20, 90 degrees, depending on the specific demand. This stable position is effected by means of a pivotal connection (12) between back frame (13) and the L-shaped base (1) and is being moved by a screw (14) and handle (15) by means of a double supporting lever. The patient's head (17) and neck (18) are stabilized in an ergonomic fixture for the head (19), pivotally connected to axis (20). The inclination of the patient's head (17) is adjusted by means of spring-actuated gear fixing element (21). During the surgical intervention this fixing element (21) enables head (17) to be placed in the desired angular position without disturbing the sterile zone of the operation. The height of head (17) is adjusted by an adjustable screw mechanism (22). It is pivotally connected to a back frame (13) by means of axle (23) and is fixed by a screw (24). The comfortable, prone, inclined or sitting position of the patient takes place on a foam polyurethane mattress (25). The ergonomic soft underlay for the head (26) can be made of foam polyurethane and be fitted in a concave metal base (27).
