PURPOSE: A device and a method for operating a franchise are provided to offer the management state information of a franchise shop in real-time through the network and invite an investing fund needed for opening the franchise shop. CONSTITUTION: Information providers(100,110) provide the open state information and the management state information of the franchise shop. A franchise operating server(150) provides the open state information and the management state information to a user(130) connected through the network in real-time, receives the investing fund for opening the next franchise shop from the user, and allots the earnings for managing the next franchise sop opened by the investing fund. A database(140) stores the open state information and the management state information of the franchise shop, and the user information inputting the investing fund information, and outputs the information to the franchise operating server.
