PURPOSE: A developing cartridge having a perforation prevention layer is provided to install a perforation prevention layer for preventing a perforation from being generated to compensate for a developer, thereby preventing a refill of the cartridge. CONSTITUTION: A perforation prevention layer(60) is molded on an inner side of an upper cap(50). Plural insertion projections(51) are formed on the upper cap(50). Plural insertion holes(61) are formed on the perforation prevention layer(60) by corresponding to the insertion projections(51). When the plural insertion holes(61) of the perforation prevention layer(60) are assembled into the plural projections(51) of the upper cap(50), the perforation prevention layer(60) is simply installed on the upper cap(50) of a housing.
