PURPOSE: A dry-distillation and emulsification equipment is provided to improve the dry-distillation efficiency of synthetic resin waste and the work efficiency due to a consecutive dry-distillation process, and to produce much oil of good quality. CONSTITUTION: The dry-distilling and emulsification equipment of synthetic resin waste comprises a dry-distillation part(1) for burning and dry-distilling the waste to be treated, a cooling part(2) for cooling and emulsifying the dry-distilled gas transferred from the dry-distillation part(1), an oil collection part(3) for collecting a liquid emulsified in the cooling part(2), a combustion part(4) for burning the dry-distilled gas un-emulsified in the cooling part(2), a water tank(5) for storage of cooling water supplied to the cooling part(2) and a fuel tank(6) for storage of oil supplied to the combustion part(4).
