PURPOSE: An opening and closing device of a refrigerator door and a refrigerator are provided to prevent the door of the refrigerator from interfering with other cookware, and to improve convenience by selecting the opening angle variously and keeping the door open. CONSTITUTION: A door opening and closing device of a refrigerator is composed of a movable bar(104) moving back and forth; a link bar(107) combined with the movable bar by a hinge and assembled with the door of the refrigerator; an adjuster(200) adjusting backward and forward movement of the movable bar in multiple steps; and a buffer unit(300) installed in a leg case(103) to buffer impact in closing the door of the refrigerator when moving the movable bar back. The adjuster has a spring(21), and a fitting unit having a roller(22) moved back and forth and fitted to grooves in moving the movable bar back and forth, and a roller bar fixed to the roller and supported by the spring.
