PURPOSE: A cosmetic soap composition is provided to improve general skin condition and health such as smoothness, softness and elasticity, and to prevent various skin troubles such as rashes, pimples, itching or allergies, due to its various functions such as deep-cleansing action, anti-aging effect, moisturizing effect, blood circulation and metabolism stimulation, and anti-inflammatory effect, by using a charcoal powder. CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic soap composition comprises 90-98wt% of lipids including fat and oil, 0.5-5wt% of a tree extract, 0.5-5wt% of an activated charcoal powder having a particle size of 100-400 mesh, and 0.5-3wt% of an aromatic.
