PURPOSE: A system and a method for directly accessing functionality offered by applications such as the web or an operating shell are provided to offer a mechanism to a developer for controlling a point for enabling a user to perform navigation with the application designed by the developers. CONSTITUTION: During a defining process(500), the developer explains more than one task provided by the application. During a compiling process(510), a compiler compiles description of a task entry to a manifest by reading task entry description, and compiles the description to the executable. During a registering process(520), a task manifest is read and information read from the task manifest is registered to a task store. During a calling process(530), an exposed entry point associated with the task is called.
