<p>A superfine aqueous dispersion containing superfine noble metal particles, which is obtained by plasma discharge in water between a noble metal electrode and a counter electrode, is applied to the scalp and then massaging cares the head. Thus, the dispersion penetrates into the hair tissue in the scalp via hair roots and reaches hair matrix cells and hair papillae. Consequently, the tissue nerves and peripheral vessels are affected by the solution, thereby promoting the activation of the brain.</p> |
