PURPOSE: Provided is a storage battery casing having a jack for use in charging and discharging, which is operated by an internal electric source as well as an external electric source, and facilitates switching operation and use of the jack. CONSTITUTION: The storage battery casing structure comprises: a main casing body; an input/output control unit which is disposed inside of the main casing body and is equipped with an on/off switch(21'); and an overdischarge-preventing unit which is connected to a storage battery(5) and the input/output control unit and has an overdischarge-preventing circuit, wherein the input/output control unit has a jack for a combined use in charging and discharging, which accomplishes both charge and discharge of the battery as a single terminal. The storage battery casing further comprises an output line(50) connected in parallel with a jack terminal(11') of the jack for use in charging and discharging and drawn from the exterior of the main casing body. |
