PURPOSE: A system and a method for a personal service for recording a call and a voice are provided to offer the recorded controlling in any time through a telephone or the Internet by recording the call contents of a user regardless of a wired telephone and a mobile telephone, and promptly recording an important record of the user. CONSTITUTION: A web server(100) makes the users(510,520,710,720) search/manage the call contents or the records of the user by using a preset code after member certification. A database server(200) stores the recorded contents and other contents managed by the web server, provides the contents to the web server, provides a management tool for a manager, and records or provides the recorded contents by a request of the CTI(Computer Telephony Integration)(300). The CTI provides a recording interface to the user by receiving a call from the user, provides a function for recording the call contents or the user's record, stores the recorded contents to the database server, and provides the recorded contents by searching it from the database server. |
