PURPOSE: An LCD device is provided to enable a graphic board having a microcomputer to perform a modulation function of pixel data for over-driving, and not to install an over-driving circuit in an LCD module, thereby simplifying a circuit configuration and improving a response speed of a liquid crystal. CONSTITUTION: An LCD module(20) is used for displaying an image. A system body(30) includes a graphic card(32) for modulating pixel data and supplying the modulated pixel data. The graphic card(32) comprises as follows. A frame memory(34) stores the pixel data of one frame. A memory(36) stores related information of the LCD module(20) and a lookup table necessary for the pixel data modulation. A microcomputer(38) modulates the pixel data as converting resolution. An interface(40) relays communication between the microcomputer(38) and the LCD module(20).
