PURPOSE: Provided is an artificial floating reef which has a simple structure and is produced in a simple production process at a low cost using iron, artificial water plant made of a synthetic resin and a rope of a natural material. CONSTITUTION: The artificial floating reef includes at least one layer of main bodies(10,20), buoys(41,42,43) attached to the main body to give buoyance to the main bodies and a fixing device to fix the main bodies in a place. Each of the main bodies includes a circular frame(13) of an iron wire rope and a net screen(11) formed of another wire rope(12) inside the circular frame. The wire rope used for net screen has a buoyance greater than that of the wire rope used for the circular frame. A plurality of the main bodies are connected by connecting devices(51,52,53) to form an artificial floating reef having one or more layer of the main bodies.
