PURPOSE: An optical signal transmission apparatus using an optical fiber and a signal processor using the same are provided to enhance the performance and the reliability by improving a connecting state between an optical fiber and a light guide body. CONSTITUTION: A light signal transmission apparatus allows signal light entering from one end of at least one optical fiber(1A-1D) of an incident side to enter a light guide body(3). In addition, the light signal transmission apparatus emits the signal light towards a plurality of output nodes and includes a light transmitting connecting material(2) for optically connecting the optical fiber to one end surface of the light guide body. The light guide body is constituted so that particles(5) for scattering the signal light are dispersed in an optical medium.
