PURPOSE: A roof rack fixing device for a vehicle is provided to reduce the number of parts and manufacturing cost by easily and detachably fixing the roof rack to a roof of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A device for fixing a roof rack to a vehicle is composed of a roof panel(100) having a plurality of mounting holes(110), a bracket(200) coupled to the bottom of the roof panel and having a fixing groove(210), a sealing panel(300), and a roof rack(400). The sealing panel is supported upward by an elastic body(220) fixed to the bracket, and seals the mounting holes up. A fixing protrusion(410) is formed at the bottom of the roof rack, and is fixed to the fixing groove.
