PURPOSE: An allotment accumulating system repaying an allotment to a customer by including the allotment to a sales price and a method thereof are provided to induce the active participation from a customer and maximize an AD(ADvertisement) effect by distributing profits to the customers buying the same product and paying the accumulation as cash if the accumulation is over a predetermined price. CONSTITUTION: An information storage(360) stores member information and member code information. A code assigning tool(310) assigns a code to a buying member if the buyer completes the settlement. A connection controller(330) stores the information of the buying member to the information storage if a purchase signal is applied from the buying member, and applies a code assigning signal to the buying member through a code assigning tool. A price operator(320) calculates the allotment corresponding to each code level. An allotment distributing/confirming tool(340) accumulates the allotment to the code of a code group buying the same item and pays the allotment to the buying member if the code reaches to the predetermined price.
