PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide underwear shorts enabling urination or defecation without need for pulling down operation, eliminating difficulty in pulling underwear shorts up and down for a handicapped person or a helper to urinate or defecate or to take care of urination or defecation, or preventing clothing from getting loose. SOLUTION: The underwear shorts are structured as follows: forming an excretion hole so as to expose an excretory organ, sewing up one side of a covering cloth covering the hole on the underwear shorts, attaching a hook to the other side of the covering cloth to fix the underwear shorts. The covering cloth is fixed to the underwear shorts to cover the excretory organ during non-excretion time so as to look like ordinary shorts, and is rolled up to expose the excretory organ without pulling down the shorts at the time of excretion.
