PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information display device/method with which high/low of relevancy in a specified user is decided with respect to shared information that a plurality of users share and information of high relevancy can be displayed with emphasized for the user and to provide a recording medium and a program. SOLUTION: An information attribute processing part 24 performs a processing for specifying an information attribute on utterance (common information) of the other user by referring to user attribute information on the other user having a chat at present from an attribute information database 23. A user attribute processing part 25 specifies the user attributes of a user A by referring to user attribute information on the user of the user terminal 10 from the attribute information database 23. A correlation judgment processing part 26 decides strength of correlation between the information attribute that the information attribute processing part 24 specifies with the user attributes that the user attribute processing part 25 specifies.
