PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that, if a magnetic shield of high performance is intended to be achieved in a large space, a large quantity of soft magnetic material is required and, since its weight becomes very heavy, its handling and its execution are not easy. SOLUTION: A magnetic shielding device has a multiple structure of a shielding wall having the soft magnetic material. The magnetic shielding device includes the multiple structure in which the thickness of the soft magnetic material of the shielding wall at the direct inside of the multiple structure is in a range of less than the thickness of the soft magnetic material of the shielding wall to 1/S, wherein S is the shielding rate of the shielding wall for constituting the part of the multiple structure.
