PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cooking equipment with a grill capable of preventing cooked materials and cooling oil from entering into an exhaust passage and improving cooking capabilities. SOLUTION: This cooking equipment with a grill such as a gas cooking stove with the grill comprises an exhaust opening part 24 formed in the top plate of a cooking stove body 2 having a grill chamber and an exhaust gallery 36 installed at the exhaust opening part 24 so that cooking smoke produced in burning cooking in the grill chamber can be exhausted to the outside through the exhaust opening part 24. The exhaust gallery 36 is formed to be switchable between an opened state and a closed state, and can be switched between the opened state and the closed state by a drive member formed of a shape memory alloy.
